To activate your system, you must register your Monitor and choose your service level. Registration takes a few minutes and consists of 6 steps. The grey bar above will indicate which step you are in.
Before you start the registration process, please make sure you have the following information available:
- Your FireEar Monitor serial number, find this on the back of the monitor.
- Your credit card to purchase service if it was not included with your monitor or for subsequent years. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Once you have this information available, please create your account by providing your email address and a password. You will need this email address and password to access your account in the future.
