Our patent-pending system includes the state-of-the-art FireEar FE-1100 home monitor, manufactured by our partner ODI Inc.. The FE-1100 plugs directly into any regular phone line to send its alerts to our service center. It also includes our fully automated computerized notification engine, which sends notifications to customers and to our professional monitoring partner.
Advanced Monitoring
Our professional monitoring partner operates multiple inter-linked monitoring centers located in Seattle, Honolulu, San Diego, Cincinnati, Miami and Baton Rouge, the latter center being dedicated to UL Fire and Merchant services.
Their professional alarm operators spend hundreds of hours receiving training in all areas of emergency response and are fully trained to handle any situation with consistent professionalism 24 hours a day, every day of the year. They use Rapid Scan® technology which leads to one of the fastest response times in the industry. Their fully redundant systems are so fast and reliable that they have been qualified and selected to provide monitoring services for many governmental branches, including the U.S. Secret Service.
